Maison Shaan Digital Enterprises provides software development, cloud database administration, systems integration and technical consulting services. The specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement.
Clients agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback and any access credentials required to complete agreed work. Clients remain responsible for the lawful use of delivered systems and for compliance with regulations applicable to their own industry.
Where a client workspace is issued, the account holder must keep their credentials confidential and is responsible for activity carried out under their account. Access may be suspended where misuse, unauthorised sharing or attempted interference with our systems is detected.
Fees are invoiced as agreed in the applicable proposal. Where a project is cancelled after work has commenced, charges apply for work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds are considered case by case where a verifiable failure on our side prevented delivery.
On full settlement of fees, the client receives ownership of custom deliverables produced specifically for their engagement. Pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks remain the property of Maison Shaan Digital Enterprises and are licensed for the client's continued use.
Services are provided with reasonable professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
